meet Woolly

Hi, I'm Woolly!

I'm so glad you're here! I may just be a little lamb, but my story is really about all of us.

You see, I represent every person who has ever wandered away, felt lost, afraid, or in need of help. Just like sheep need a shepherd, we all need Jesus—the Good Shepherd.

One of my favorite stories Jesus told is about a shepherd who had one hundred sheep. When one little sheep wandered away, the shepherd didn't say, "Oh well... I still have ninety-nine." Instead, he lovingly left the ninety-nine safe in the pasture and went searching for the one who was lost. (Inspired by Matthew 18:12–14 and Luke 15:4–7.)

That little sheep was me.

And if you've ever felt lonely, forgotten, scared, or far from God... that little sheep is you, too.

The Good Shepherd never stopped looking for me. He found me, rescued me, gently carried me home, and has never stopped caring for me. That's why you'll almost always find me right beside Jesus. I don't stay close because I'm perfect—I stay close because I know the One who saved me. There is no safer place to be than by the Shepherd's side.

You may have noticed the pink heart hanging around my neck. It isn't just a necklace—it's a reminder of something much bigger. The Bible tells us that when we trust in Jesus, He gives us a new heart. He fills our hearts with His love, teaches us to love others, and helps us become more like Him each day. My heart reminds me that I belong to Jesus, and because of Him, I am made new. (Inspired by Ezekiel 11:19 and Ezekiel 36:26.)

Everything we create at Creative Lamb is designed to point children to the Good Shepherd who knows each one by name. My prayer is that every coloring page, craft kit, story, and activity reminds you that Jesus loves you, searches for you when you wander, rejoices when you come home, and promises to never leave you.

I'm just a little lamb...but I know an amazing Shepherd. And I can't wait to tell you all about Him.
